ESSENTIAL FUNCTION:
  • Operates and maintains an environment that is safe, clean and assists with 5S responsibilities.

  • Responsible for performing and monitoring the utilization and effectiveness of the inspection, calibration, and nonconforming material procedures in accordance with the Quality System guidelines.

SUGGESTED LEVEL OF FORMALIZED TRAINING:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of basic computer operations including primary software skills, keyboard functions and printer operation. (Basic Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word knowledge would be a plus.)
  • Ability to read and comprehend procedures written in English.
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE/SKILL REQUIREMENT:
  • Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel.

Maintenance Technician

  • Provides support to facility in to help insure equipment operates correctly and efficiently.

    Position Summary

    The Paint Line Supervisor directs and coordinates activities of workers engaged in the painting of bicycle frames and parts, and has primary responsibility for managing all production-related activities in the department. Processes include preparation of product for powder and storage, powder application and curing. Accountable for operating efficiency and effectiveness, employee issues, product quality, 5S activity and safety.

      • Manage the department with emphasis on mentoring, training, and developing employees.

      • Perform corrective action including root cause analysis within documented time constraints.
