POSITION SUMMARY:
The Bicycle Assembler performs repetitive work station or line assembly operations to assemble bicycle components, with a high focus on quality.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES
Duties may include but are not limited to:
• Maintain a safe working environment by following established policies.
• Perform setup and changeover of workstation.
• Perform quality checks on products and parts.
• Review work orders and procedures to ensure work is performed according to specifications.
• Assemble components by examining connections for fit and fastening parts and subassemblies.
• Perform repetitive assembly operations manually, using hand or power tools, and using machinery.
• Rotate through all the tasks required in a particular production process.
• Ability to lift up to 40lb regularly.
• Demonstrate team-oriented attitude through actions and conduct.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills with the ability to accurately count components.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Prior experience in a production, or similar, environment.
• Demonstrated reliability.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Quality Technician has an important role in ensuring that quality standards are met during the bicycle assembly process

PRINCIPAL DUTIES
Duties may include but are not limited to:
• Conduct routine and non-routine spot checks for quality compliance of in-process materials, samples, and finished goods along with documenting and reporting findings.
• Audit all process procedures for compliance and conformity.
• Ensure that the proper procedures are being followed and documented in order to maintain product quality.
• Assist to ensure nonconforming product is appropriately identified and removed from the production flow until such product can be dispositioned.
• Conduct meetings with departments in relation to any issues found that directly affect quality and/or safety.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have good verbal and written skills, be computer literate, and possess proven time management and organizational skills along with problem solving and analytical skills.
• Individual must be results oriented, organized, and attentive to details.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Previous experience in the quality field
• Prior experience in a production, or similar, environment

The Area Manager has oversight of a production department and directly supervises activities of the production team.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES
Duties may include but are not limited to:
• Champion, model and enforce adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve processes and increase productivity.
• Supervise and provide guidance to a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Communicate safety, operations and policy information to work team regularly.
• Observe work and monitor indicators to ensure that operators conform to production and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development initiatives and achieve organizational goals.
• Maintain operations data and submit reports as required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Outlook, Word, Excel) and office equipment required.
• Previous experience in supervising a team, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure high performance.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

PRINCIPAL DUTIES
Duties may include but are not limited to:
• Complete Housekeeping Duties:
o Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
o Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
o Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
o Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills
o Clean and maintain common areas, such as break rooms and conference rooms
o Operate buffing machines to maintain floor surfaces
o Follow established safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Previous experience as a custodian or in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Excellent time management skills
