POSITION SUMMARY:
The Bicycle Assembler performs repetitive work station or line assembly operations to assemble bicycle components, with a high focus on quality.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES Duties may include but are not limited to:
• Maintain a safe working environment by following established policies.
• Perform setup and changeover of workstation.
• Perform quality checks on products and parts.
• Review work orders and procedures to ensure work is performed according to specifications.
• Assemble components by examining connections for fit and fastening parts and subassemblies.
• Perform repetitive assembly operations manually, using hand or power tools, and using machinery.
• Rotate through all the tasks required in a particular production process.
• Ability to lift up to 40lb regularly.
• Demonstrate team-oriented attitude through actions and conduct.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills with the ability to accurately count components.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Prior experience in a production, or similar, environment.
• Demonstrated reliability.
